Speaking at Brunel University
It was a pleasure to be asked to speak on behalf of the food industry about innovation and trends at Place West London, at Brunel University.
The event was attended by around 200 business owners, food and design experts and academics involved in commercial businesses.
It was also an opportunity to pass on a new product, Sugavida, to a manufacturer which I hope may result in a collaboration for the producer and the ingredient manufacturer.
